Love Yourself series, Callie post # 3

In this series within my blog, I will share individual client stories, that they have allowed me to share with you, in hopes of encouraging you to love yourself more right now not when. These are real women, with real stories.

Meet Callie, a local #boushiebabe, who does high-end nails in town. She wanted to do something a bit more witchy for her shoot. I was excited to finally use my cauldron and play with some dry ice. She really wanted to show her daughters it’s okay to take care of themselves and pamper themselves once in awhile. She also wanted to show her lovely girls that even with somebody image stuff is normal, and it’s something we all strive to achieve, a healthy body image and perspective.

Over the last few years she has struggled with appreciating herself, and her talents, and also relearning who she is as a mother, wife, and woman. She is hoping to one day soon finish a novel while raising her family and just making it through most days. Like most of us, she struggles with feeling awkward, and with anxiety, especially around body issues.

We dove right in during her session, we planned a bit more time for the witchy set, and dry ice, the candles gave us fits too. We really connected over the theme, and a few similar struggles we shared as women. She brought in her cape that her hubby gave her as a special present, we had so much fun. if you would like to see some behind the scenes from her shoot go here: https://www.boushiebabesphotography.com/blog/more-behind-the-scenes-from-finally-love-yourself

Without further ado, here is what she had to say about her shoot….
