Confidence boosting tips for right now.

I know for me I am always looking for things I can do to boost my own confidence and my out look on my self. To be honest, I have not always had the best self image, or confidence. I have had to work hard for most my life to improve my mindset about myself, so I totally get how time consuming it can be, and how much work goes into it.

Which I why I came up with 5 tips that can boost your confidence right now.

5 Confidence Boosting Tips

  1. Perk up your posture: who here is hunched over reading this from their phone, who here likes to slump over in the chair or on the couch, or slumps when they walk? I know I catch myself doing this all the time. So stand up tall, sit up straight, I know I hear my grandmas voice in my head when I say that, but really studies show that those who exude confidence sit and stand up straight and tall. it also helps with back issues, and building up your core, which makes you feel better thus increasing your confidence.

  2. Let your Nose do the work: I use essential oils all the time to boost my mood, smell good, and certain smells can actually stimulate certain emotions, and besides when you smell good you feel good. Some oils that boost confidence are orange oil, sandalwood, cinnamon, almond, and my favorite Jasmines.

  3. Think like a Bull: Have you ever noticed the lady in red gets noticed, she seems to exude confidence. So, use the red dress, that red lipstick, dye your hair red, what ever your version of red, wear it more. Studies have shown it helps boost confidence and helps woman feel more attractive, and if nothing else all the compliments will give you a boost. Men look at a woman in red longer than anyone else.

  4. Look the part: Get up, put your best face on, get dressed up more than normal, and show up, even when you don’t feel it, the saying fake it till you make comes to mind. It does work, over time, but you have to put in the effort. So get dolled up and show the world how you are already beautiful just the way you are.

  5. Have a cup of coffee: Studies show caffeine help woman feel better about themselves. Have at least one cup a day, or a cup of black or green tea, sorry soda doesn’t count ladies. If nothing else give yourself 5 minutes to enjoy that cup and that will help you feel calmer and more centered.
